Edgewater Isle HOA moves to foreclose on an owner

For two weeks, beginning on July 28, 2016, the Edgewater Isle North's collection agency ran public notices announcing the trustee's sale of 1469 Via Vista. In other words, the homeowners association was moving to foreclose on a condo for unpaid dues.
This sale ultimately did not materialize, and the association filed a notice withdrawing their lien in August 2016.
Below is the public notice that began running in the San Francisco Examiner on July 28, 2016.
