Police respond to “disturbance”: Kelly McGuirk arrested

On December 20, 2016, at 4:39 p.m., the San Mateo Police Department reported they responded to a "disturbance" in the 1600 block of Via Laguna. Multiple sources, including the San Mateo Police Department, show that Kelly McGuirk was arrested on suspicion of violation of California Penal Code 243(e)(1), related to "Battery On Spouse, Cohabitant, Or Former Spouse," and she was "booked" into the San Mateo County jail.
A vote of the members of Edgewater Isle North removed McGuirk from the Edgewater Isle North board of directors the day prior.
The final disposition of the case is not known.
