EDITORIAL COMMENT: Oh this is rich.

What, did you just randomly make up this stuff and send it out? Seems unlikely. Someone must have told you to do something because how would you be paid? We know lawyers like to suck money out of HOAs be paid.

What this really means is that Barbara Finnegan and/or Jim Newell directed the lawyer to write this letter, without a quorum voting on it. Tsk, tsk, tsk. You should all really know better.
